Rec'n'Share is a practical tool that allows users to record and share their musical performances with ease. The app offers various features to enhance your practice sessions, recording quality, and sharing capabilities.

One notable feature is the ability to produce high-quality performance videos effortlessly. By connecting a compatible Yamaha instrument to your smart phone or tablet, you can record video using your device's camera, stereo digital audio from your Yamaha product, and stereo backing tracks from your music library. This enables users to create professional-looking videos with synchronized audio tracks.

After recording, Rec'n'Share provides editing functions that allow you to trim and balance the tracks. This way, you can polish your recordings to perfection.

The app also enriches your practice sessions by offering some useful tools. For example, you can select a song from your music library and use the app's tempo detection feature to add a metronome click, change the tempo, and select specific sections of the song to repeat. These features help you practice more effectively by adapting the music to suit your needs.

Version 3 of Rec'n'Share introduces the Audio Track Separation function. This function enables users to adjust the volume of specific tracks such as vocals, drums, bass, etc., in their favorite songs. It provides greater control over individual elements of a song, enhancing the overall listening experience while practicing or recording.

The sharing capabilities of Rec'n'Share are another notable aspect. You can easily upload your finished performances to popular platforms like YouTube, Facebook, Dropbox, Instagram, and more. Whether you're sharing cover songs or collaborating on original compositions, Rec'n'Share allows you to connect with a global audience and share your music effortlessly.

It's worth mentioning that there are some restrictions to consider when it comes to uploading data to social networking sites (SNS). The app permits uploading of your own original songs, sound sources, or licensed content from right holders.
